How many subscriptions can I have at the same time?
You can have up to 5 active subscriptions simultaneously — with 5 gift gold bars upon completion.
What happens if I buy two bars in one month?
Only one purchase per month counts towards the subscription. The second bar purchased counts as a second active subscription.
Can I skip a month?
No. To receive your gift gold bar, you must make a purchase every calendar month without skipping.
Where can I sell my Tavex subscription gold bars?
You can sell your subscription gold bars at any Tavex office, where you’ll get the best price as part of our product catalog.
But don’t worry — you can always sell them to another dealer at a price close to the market price of gold.
Still, we recommend turning to Tavex first.
How can I track the progress of my subscription?
You can track each month of your subscription through your Tavex ID profile. There you’ll see when your subscription started, your completed purchases, and the remaining months.
