What is the delivery fee?

Insurance is added to all shipments from Tavex. The delivery fee will be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process. A detailed breakdown of the charges will appear in your shopping cart. For orders worth €500 or more with the option “Courier Delivery” selected, the delivery (excluding other transaction fees) is free of charge. If “Delivery by Cash-in-Transit Vehicle” is selected, the delivery fee is €30, and for orders over €5,000 it is free of charge.

We work with the courier company Econt.

What is the delivery timeframe?

The processing time for online orders is usually up to 3 business days. During busier periods, delays in processing are possible and will be indicated on the homepage of our website. If you order a product that is awaiting delivery to us, the processing time will be adjusted accordingly.

Do you deliver outside Bulgaria?

No, we deliver only within the country.

In what packaging will I receive my shipment?

Coins are always placed in special protective capsules or tubes, and minted bars are delivered in their original vacuum-sealed packaging. For delivery to an address or a courier office, products are additionally transported in secured packaging placed in a courier envelope with its own serial number. For each delivery option, Tavex has video documentation of the shipment preparation.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We deliver to all settlements in Bulgaria, according to the service schedule. You can view the Econt service schedule when choosing courier delivery. Delivery by secure armored vehicle is available to the client’s address within the city of Sofia or to a SOТ 161 office in a preselected city.

Is there an option to check the shipment before taking it?

No. In order to avoid fraud and increase security when receiving the product, we do not offer the service “inspection and testing before payment.”

Can I return a product?

No, but you can sell it back to us. Prices of investment products depend on fluctuations in the financial markets and are beyond Tavex’s control. Purchased products cannot be returned at their original purchase price. Since you are buying a liquid investment product, you can sell it to any precious metals dealer. Tavex offices are located in secure and easily accessible locations in four cities in Bulgaria. You can see them here .
