Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support requests and provide timely resolution to IT-related issues, either in-person, over the phone, or via remote support tools.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, ensuring a stable and secure network environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement IT projects and system upgrades.
  • Create and maintain documentation of IT procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Monitor and manage IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving IT security measures.
  • Educate and support end-users on IT best practices and efficient use of technology.
  • Provide technical training to employees as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems (Wi-Fi, VLAN, IPsec, SSL-vpn).
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems. Familiarity with Azure AD/Entra ID, Autopilot, Endpoint manager, Office 365.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bulgarian with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Open to travel abroad occasionally.
