About the role:

We’re currently looking for a passionate, highly effective, hands-on Personal Brand & YouTube Growth Manager to own the content strategy, production process, and performance growth of our CEO’s personal brand — with YouTube as the flagship platform.

This isn’t an “old school” content role. We need a savvy, tool-powered marketer who knows how to get more done with smart workflows, AI-enhanced processes, and content repurposing strategies. You’ll work closely with video editors, our social media team, and PR manager to ensure every piece of expert content reaches its audience, drives engagement, and positions our CEO as a category leader.

What You’ll Own:

  • Lead and execute the full YouTube strategy and channel management – from hands-on audience research and content calendar creation to video SEO – titles and descriptions, publishing, and actively analyzing performance data to refine future content;
  • Write engaging, expert-level video scripts for long-form YouTube content, collaborating with the CEO and internal subject-matter experts by transforming already written complex economics, finance and investment topics into everyman’s blockbusters;
  • Actively manage short-form video production for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter) by personally overseeing and coordinating the editing and repurposing of long-form video assets into high-performing short clips;
    • Manage and optimize the distribution of CEO’s podcast, media, and conference appearances through our owned channels (social media, email, YouTube);
    • Identify, test and implement modern tools, automations, and AI-based solutions to scale content production and distribution efficiently;
    • Track and report on personal brand KPIs;
    • Constantly research and stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm updates, and content formats, ensuring our content remains competitive, discoverable, and audience-first.

     

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Proven experience of at least 3 years in managing YouTube channels, content strategies, and audience growth;
    • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for video-first, expert-driven content;
    • Deep understanding of YouTube analytics, video SEO, and content optimization best practices;
    • Comfortable working hands-on with modern content creation tools and AI tools;
    • Experience in repurposing long-form video into short-form social assets;
    • Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven;
    • Experience collaborating with video editors, social media managers, and PR teams;
    • Strong motivation for self-development and an innate drive to keep up-to-date in the ever-changing world of Digital marketing;
    • Team player;
    • Fluent in English and Bulgarian.

    The position is based in our office, located in Sofia, and is permanent full-time employment. Up to 30% of your monthly work time could be done remotely after the training period.
